Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from William Sheahan Designs. Due to the nature of our business we can only offer a limited window for product returns and refunds. To obtain an exchange or refund please follow the guidelines below:

1) Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Call us directly at 214-742-6403 or email us at info@myhpjeweler.com to discuss the details of the return.

2) Any item that has been altered in any way by the customer (i.e. ring sized, chain shortened, clasp changed) is not returnable nor refundable.

3) Customer is responsible for all postage and handling of the returned item, including insurance for at least full retail value of the item. The item must be received in the same condition as it was when initially sent to the customer. 

4) Item must be received within 10 business days from the notification of return.

5) If desired, customer may request store credit toward a future purchase instead of a refund. If a refund is desired, please allow 15 days from the receipt of the return for check issuance.
